Vector Signal Group's work is derived from publicly available United States federal procurement data, including USAspending.gov. That data is produced and maintained by third parties. While we apply care in processing it, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error, and we are not responsible for errors originating in the underlying public data.
Any decision you make in reliance on our materials remains your decision.
Services are governed separately
Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between Vector Signal Group and the client. Where these terms and such an agreement conflict, the written agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this site are the property of Vector Signal Group LLC, except for underlying public data, which remains in the public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Signal Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
